GenCon 2005: Are you going?

We had the most amazing time this year (our first time) ... and, now that we've learned how to "do" GenCon, I'm looking forward to it all the more.

I certainly want to. I had a great time in 2003 and missed this year. But it depends on if and where I get a job.

Maybe I should just say where I get a job. Must think positive. . .

Even if I can't afford to stay down there this time, it's only a little more than an hour's drive.

I hope so, but it's tied into me getting a job and getting settled financially. I've two weddings to go to next year (one in April in NJ and another in CA in September), and, if it comes to a choice (which is no choice, to be honest), the weddings definitely take priority. Gen Con'll be there in '06.

This past year was my first GenCon, and I loved it. I also learned what to do and what not to do in order to have a better time gaming wise. I just hope I can go. The way things are looking in my future financially, I won't be able to attend. Dang it.
