Gencon food

Yeah, not so impressive. Maybe for someone living in Ohio, dunno :)

Where you at?

It doesn't matter if you're impressed, it is still better then what they have in Indy. But I can list quite a few good places around here but I figured I just mention the ones in walking distance of the con.

I don't live in Ohio, and I love North Market.

I never have a problem finding food at Origins, between NM, the brew pub, the sushi places, or all the many fine options in Short North and beyond.

GenCon... not so much easily accessible. I ended up at that mall once and regretted it. Steak & Shake was always slammed, and while the Ram was really friendly, I wasn't thrilled with the cuisine. (I have a limited diet, though, which probably has a lot to do with it).

I always bring a big bag of trail mix (though lately I've started to use cheese crackers, which probably aren't as good) along with some energy bars, and a bottle of water. That's a significant portion of my Gen Con food.

...the rest is pizza and the occasional hamburger. :heh:
