I wish the site explained it better. You sign up for a pass then sign up for a game? Many games charge too. It's actually cheaper then you find on Startplaying.com but do you have to pay for each game separately? That's tiresome.

It's a little cumbersome, but the fees, I believe, are both for overhead purposes and to discourage players from flaking.

And yes, some DMs absolutely run with the ball. I backed out of several games this year when I saw they wanted $38 per player which, wow, no, unless Brennan Lee Mulligan is the DM.
