Is there an "official" campaign setting for the chapter 11 material presented in the 4e DMG (Fallcrest, etc.) and Keep on the Shadowfell? Or are these intended to be truly generic gaming material?
The PoL stuff is not part of any named settingl. It's just a general notion. There is no plans at this time to turn it into an "Official" setting. It's as generic as you can get.
