Generic Campaign? Yes, please.

People always complain about specific settings that are cliche and generic fantasy. I would like to take this one step further and actually create THE MOST generic campaign world imaginable, I want to be given a quest from the High Elf Lord , not Lanis the 3rd son of Arturis. I want to make something so fundamental that it actually sets itself apart from the other settings. So now this brings me to my purpose here, which is to name these places. Here are some that I have already thought up.

Sunken city
Great forest
Dwarven mountains
Druid ring
Wizard's spire
(something like camelot)
Desert pyramids
Treetop city
Castle in the clouds
Rainbow bridge
Volcano lair
World Tree
