Geomancer

IIRC, a cleric/sorcerer geomancer advancing as sorc gets to know all spells on the wiz/sorc spell list, and can cast them all spontaneously. You can't really beat that for brokenness.

Only if you really stretch the wording of one of their class abilities, and completely ignore the text that says "he still acquires and prepares his spells in the normal manner for his individual spellcasting classes."

As a side note, there's a Geometer (not geomancer) prestige class in the Avalanche press book Jade & Steel. Not quite what you're looking for, but still cool.

Thankfully, if you don't want a book with T&A on the cover, you can just scoop the class from here: http://members.aol.com/synicism/rpg.html

It's a decent class, especially if you want to make your fortress practically impregnable.

Maybe there has been errata, but unless you can get past the ability to cast lightning bolt as a divine spell you either have to take levels in the npc caster class (I don't remember the name) or use the realms spell greater anyspell (anyspell may do it I don't really remember the levels, but other than that you cannot cast L bolt as a divine spell.

I believe the prestige class that requires the ability to cast Lightning Bolt as a divine spell (which, to be honest, I always thought was kind of silly) is the Hexer.
