If we are going flavor-first... the Monster Slayer Ranger is the closest thing story-wise to Geralt in my opinion.

But if we are going mechanics-first... one would probably need to jerry-rig something like a Fighter/Ranger multiclass with the Magic Initiate feat, certain skills, and a very specific selection of spells. You might end up close to what Geralt can do after a bit of leveling, but the player would have to be very willing to hamstring their magic selection to not take spells that in theory were available to them but do not fit what Geralt can do. If one does that... one can probably create a simulacrum of Geralt that might be close enough.

I have not read the books or played the game, just watched the show and do not think that anything in D&D matches out of the box. Niche wise, they are closest to the Ranger but the ranger spellcasting gives a very different vibe to the ranger so if asked to build one I would start with the fighter and give it an alchemy subclass.
Something where potions give stances that give access to different suites of combat and utility powers.

Geralt is a Ranger with a specific subclass that has spells like Shield, Burning Hands, Thunderwave, Charm Person and Charm Monster on the list. Whatever Yrden is I'm sure is something that already exists on the Ranger spell list. They get some alchemy related special abilities, which would include whatever bonus damage thing on attacks most Ranger subclasses normally get.
