Screw that then! I'm sticking with 3.0 version then. I don't care WHAT spells got slated in, they couldn't have suped up divination THAT much.

Horizon Walker = Fighter BAB and Fighter Saves
Levels 1-5 = Terrain Mastery at each level

Terrain Mastery = +1 insight to attack/damage rolls in a certain environ (Aquatic, Forest, Underground, etc.) + one other cool ability to go with the terrain (usually +4 to relevant skill)

Levels 6-10 = Planar Terrain Mastery

Planar Terrain Mastery = Pick a plane type like Fire, Cold, Aligned. GIves you more powerful abilities (e.g. 20 fire resist) along with the insight bonus to attack/damage.

For the eladrin, check out another thread on the "General RPG discussion" page. It details all the celestials (I posted there as well). You will find the info you are looking for.

Alright, what exactly is different about the Clerics? I've never heard anything about changes, but they probably did something...

Maybe a glimpse at the Cleric's spell list (just 1st-4th level spells) would be nice...

Here are the only changes I see:

1) New Knowledge skills to class list including Arcana and History
2) Certain domains give you new class skills. For instance Trickery domain gives you Bluff and Disguise.
3) Clerics have an Aura (ex) which means chaotic, evil, good, or lawful clerics generate an aura corresponding to their deities' alignment.
4) Languagues: Additional langauge options include Abyssal, Infernal, and Celestial.

For the Clerical spell list, take a look at Olgar's compiled 3.5 revisions thread. It has the complete list.

Does the section in the 3.5 PHB about multiclassing mention that PrC's do not incure XP penalties?

Nowhere in the DMG or PHB does it mention penalties for PrClassing.
