OK, since Drakon did not act to harm anybody (and Yalla did, although it was only subdual damage, it was damage with an intent to hurt), I will rule that drakonb does not have to apologize
/me wiats forr all the flame posts.
From now on: What the DM rules WILL happen, how absurd it is. You can point it out to me, and give arguments why it shouldn't be done, but if I still rule the same after that, it has to be done. (It's a game after all)

Yalla hears the voice in her head, going over and over again. She doesn't understand why she would have to appologise, is her nature!
"Scaled creature, I'm sorry for assaulting you. But you should be wary of what you say, because I may have failed to hit you now, when I go aiming for the right spots you might be down fairly quickly."
She then murmers some words, walks up to the bottle of wine and pours herself a glass.
