Ghirrash?

Do any miniature manufactureres make a mini that would be a good stand-in for the ghirrash? They're from the miniatures handbook. They're supposed to be Large sized cat-men, powerfully built, with four arms (and two legs). They can stand bipedally, or move on all six.

D&D minis haven't made on yet.

Pick up the Reaper lion man, sculpt or pin extra arms on, then affix to a 2" base.
