As much as I'd love to hear Dinehart's expanation, we can't. Not here anyway. Because he recently got banned for creating a fake sock account to promote is own stuff. Integrity doesn't seem to be his strong point

On the one hand, photos/films of actual disaster have been used to promote entertainment for as long as there have been photos/films.

OTOH, the disasters in question were usually decades removed in time from the entertainment being promoted, and advances in visual arts means using RW tragedies is less “necessary”. (Such vintage visual media may be MUCH less expensive, though.)

So at the very least, this is poor form in the sense of being “too soon”.

Judging by their immediate massive sale on GL by cutting the price to $90 from $130, it looks like they aren't selling nearly as well as hoped.
