Welcome to the boards. I just love the revision for Gnomes and the Pic is great. Finaly someone realised that a Gnome is Bardic in nature not some wussy Illusion mage.
Can you give us a stat block here for Gimble?

And Eric.. There is nothing keeping smaller races from sticking together. Except centrifical force. (dwarf tossing anyone?)

That hand crossbow must be at least 6 inches across, maybe even 8. The picture in PHB3 of a hand crossbow appears to have it around 18 to 24. How much damage is that thing supposed to do, and can he even walk carrying all that stuff he has?

By the way: That's a light crossbow, not a hand crossbow. Hand crossbows have pistol grips.
