Ginormous humanoid who chows on Abyssal mountains of flesh

I remember reading of a creature - I believe he is unique - who spends most of his time in the Abyss chewing through a mountain range of flesh. (Might be on level 400.) He has an insatiable appetite and eats constantly. His stomach is a pocket dimension and has its own town filled with creatures this beast has swallowed.

Does anyone remember the name of this creature or which book I can find it in? I'm sure that it is 3.0 or 3.5 but I can't find it and it's driving me nuts!
