Give me some suggestions on wiz build

Unless you know something I don't, the target will be starting their turn in that same square, hence taking damage based on the caster's Wisdom automatically.

I was thinking in terms of initial damage.
 

I went with Mitswell's suggestion. I swapped Toughness for Improved init. I figure, with Thunderwave and Fey Step I can stay out of trouble. Improved init was always a great feat in 3.5. Being able to go earlier and lob a sleep at the enemy before they get an action could be some good.
