2. Why can’t I use PayPal?

Our biggest priority with Digital River right now is to get PayPal turned on. I do not yet have a timeline for this, but Digital River does in fact take PayPal so I’m optimistic that we can solve this sooner rather than later. For now, you can use a reasonably wide variety of credit cards and currencies, and one of the reasons we chose Digital River is that they have the ability to add more payment options over time.

They want to get it turned on it appears.

Are you un the US? Maybe go to a bank and get one of those Visa Gift cards? They work like a visa card but only for a pre-set amount of money?

Unfortunately, WotC can only be bribed with credit cards at this moment.

Yes, I think the multiclass-only class model will work well for racial paragon classes and specialized priests and paladins of a specific god, domain, or philosophy.

I bet we'll see something like this in the Divine Power book since I'm guessing that we'll see more weapon specialization in Martial Power, probably more feats that modify exploits too.
