I'm A Banana
Potassium-Rich
I'm doing a write-up of my previous Goblonomicon articles in book format, hoping to get a publisher to pick it up. A good chunk of the Goblonomicon is NPC stats for the various types, ranks, and icons of Goblinhood, so while I'm puttering around with the new and old information, I'll also be posting a bunch of goblin statistics to this thread for all to enjoy. I'd highly encourage these to go on the d20 NPC wiki, but I don't have the patience.
The Goblonomicon is principally concerned with "true" Goblins, but will also make passing mention of these goblin sub-species:
Goblins are the basic goblinoid race, and the one that this document is most concerned with.
Hobgoblins are militaristic, organized cousins of the goblins.
Bugbears are savage, hulking brutes related to goblins
Blues are highly intelligent psionic goblins
Barghests are shape-shifting wolf-goblins that consume souls
Nilbogs are strange creatures who sow confusion and whocannot be hurt by attacks.
Mites or “deep goblins” are trap-builders who live deep beneath the earth.
Pesties, often confused and conflated with mites, are silent sneaks that often work with mites.
Aquatic Goblins are hardy sea-dwelling goblins known for riding sharks into battle
Arctic Goblins are notorious thieves that live in the snowy frozen lands
Desert Goblins are known for having an ear for gossip
Jungle Goblins are barbaric tree-climbers
Air Goblins are very light and agile, prone to savage anger
Fire Hobgoblins are brilliant strategists who consider martial combat an art
