All this talk of clowns reminds me of a play we had to do way back in first grade at school, myself and about 40 or more others.... I won't say anymore for the benefit of those who dislike clowns, as I don't have a problem with them, but still find the memory disturbing. :twitch: I hated that school.... But more on topic, of course it boils down to keeping the power levels within reason for the setting. Actual deities just being thrown in randomly as characters doesn't always work [though as has been said, there are exceptions to every rule], especially in Juxta due to the reduction in power. And in Oerth, wouldn't the Oerthian deities take notice of such a being and do something about it? Especially if these foriegn deities were frequenting a place like the 'Roads, where various beings of varrying power levels congregate [And no, that's not a suggestion to have Pelor or whoever show up and fight off these forieng deities, that would be bad.]. Just my outlook on the logic of that aspect [And clearly a character like Moondrye from the description provided fits into that sort of logic quite well]. :whatsthis Goldfish people you say? Hmm, maybe with fishbowl helmets that allow them to breathe outside of water? What would happen if they saw a little stone castle somewhere? Would they feel the need to explore it and spend an abundance of time just staring at things? :D
