Can someone recommend me, or point out, a German language copy of an audio recording of the Erotica Romana by von Goethe? Thanks.

At your service: Römische Elegien-Ungekürzte Fassung. Amazon offers a different version, too, but this one is described as unabridged.

I sadly can't tell you anything about the quality of the reader or recording. If you want to look for yourself, you'll have to search for "Römische Elegien". The name original name "Erotica Romana" isn't used in German.
