What if a golem-creater creates it for someone else?

Thats an easy one. Multiple people are allowed in the creation process of magic items (the person with the appropriate feat pays the XP cost). So, if a Wizard is gonna make a Golem for someone else that other person must 'help' out with the creation process and be present during the whole creation process.

Under the rules as they exist, no. The golem will try to carry out the master's last instruction to the best of its ability for the rest of its existence.

but, of course, the master's last instruction must be horribly perverted so that the golem becomes a tool of ultimate evil - bwahahaha!!!
