Fanaelialae Legend Feb 5, 2017 #4 Donjon has a "reverse" encounter calculator (gives the number of creatures of various CRs which will result in an x difficulty encounter of y level for z characters). http://donjon.bin.sh/5e/calc/enc_size.html

F FormerlyHemlock Hero Feb 5, 2017 #7 One thing worth knowing about Kobold Fight club: if you can't find a monster you're looking for, make sure to Set Sources (button near the filters). Kobold keeps getting better, too. It didn't used to support heterogenous party levels or random Deadly encounter generation.
