I think there was something called Kobold Fight club, but I have never used it to know how good it is.

Donjon has a "reverse" encounter calculator (gives the number of creatures of various CRs which will result in an x difficulty encounter of y level for z characters). http://donjon.bin.sh/5e/calc/enc_size.html

One thing worth knowing about Kobold Fight club: if you can't find a monster you're looking for, make sure to Set Sources (button near the filters).

Kobold keeps getting better, too. It didn't used to support heterogenous party levels or random Deadly encounter generation.
