Good Asian horror movies?

I just watched The Eye 10, apparently in the Eye series (as Netflix doesn't seem to have the original anymore).

Not that great a movie, but it has one of the funniest scenes I've ever seen. At least lately.

In a lot of these movies you get the invisible ghosts grabbing and moving people in awkward and er, funky manners. Well, what would happen if a ghost did that and there were 2 break dancers around?

Oh my. Very funny.

I always wanted to see Ringu. I saw the remake and I was torn. I liked the movie, but the ending sucked. It seemed... tacked on...

Does Ringu have any lame ending
like when the girl came out of the TV?
I was not scared one bit. I laughed.

Audition is still my favorite japanese horror film to date. Starting off like a silly romantic comedy, it devolves into some pretty horrific scenes.

Same here. See Audition and get freaked, scared, and freakin' scared. The characterization is superb.

Yeah, that's a very good movie, but despite the name that's really wuxia (or fantasy), not horror, IMHO.
