Good Freeware DM Utility

PCGen runs on Java. I don't have that on my computer. Is there any place I can download it for free? I tried googling "Java 1.4 windows" and got a site with a number of downloads -- not sure which one I need.

Here is a link to the download page for the latest version of the java package you're probably after.

Accept the terms & conditions etc, then choose online or offline installation for MS Windows (one of the first two options, iirc). Online is a much smaller initial download, but there'll still be tons to dl later if you go that way. Offline, well that's 50MB+, so I hope you're on broadband, or very patient, or something.

It's an executable (either type), so just double-click it.
