Good items for a Warlord?

Sounds interesting but I don't really understand it. I do not have the Martial Splatbook, so maybe that's where I miss out.

Guileful Switch is a minor action power that ends your turn and swaps your initiative with an ally. Then the ally's turn comes up. Used together, I basically get an extra turn once per day.

The problem with Tactician's Armor is that it only comes in heavy armor varieties. Since tactical warlords major in Int, they usually have equal or better armor class with fewer feat expenditures by using Hide armor. Thus tactician's armor is not a no-brainer for a warlord.

I would suggest a terror weapon. At first it appears equally useful for anyone, but a standard tactical warlord trick is to smack a foe with warlord's favor, spend an action point and use commander's strike, then on their next turn use commander's strike again giving the beneficiary of Warlord's Favor at least 3 attacks on the target with the power bonus to attack. If you add a terror weapon in there, the daily power lets other allies pile on to a solo or elite monster and takes the ally's attacks from very likely to almost certain to hit.

That's exactly the kind of thing I am looking for - an item that is useful to him more than anybody else. Thanks (and thanks to the others as well), that gives me a nice shopping list. Wizards are so much easier to please - just give out those staffs. :)
