Good map for Karameikos and Towns?

Can anyone point me to some good maps of Karameikos and some of it's towns?

I really like the maps with the hexes, since it makes it easy for me to figure out encounters, distances, etc.

Well, the obvious source is GAZ1--The Grand Duchy of Karameikos, available in ESD format at rpgnow.com. That one has a good map of the duchy and maps of most of the cities.

I believe the module B6 has a good map of Specularum, and you can find the same map in B1-9.

B10 had a lot of maps of the East and North of the duchy's wilderness areas and towns, and info on some of the elf and humanoid tribes.

I don';t have the AD&D Karameikos Kingdom of Adventure, so I don't know if that one offered anything more.

Indeed it does. I own it and the map for it is one of the best I've ever seen for Karameikos. I highly recommend trying to find the boxed set.
