Good non-rule specific supplements?

Just curious, does anyone know any non game or rule specific FRPG supplements or materials that you use in your games?

Specifically, a fantasy campaign setting that has maps and descriptions, but no crunch, so that it can be used with any gaming system?

Harn.

The Wilderlands of High Fantasy boxed set is d20, but it's very high fluff and low crunch (lots of people, including me, are using it with non-d20 systems).

You might be interested in the "Gygaxian Fantasy Worlds" books. They're very useful as general resources. Some include d20, Lejendary Adventure, or C&C crunch, but that's not the meat of the books. I get the most use out of Gary Gygax's World Builder (similar to a book-length version of the lists and tables in the 1E DMG) and Living Fantasy, but all of the ones I've purchased have been useful and interesting.

Definitely HarnWorld material (HarnMaster material, OTOH, is very system-specific). I also like the old Armory d30 charts (there were three books of them, IIRC) and Bob Liddell's Griswald Grimm stuff (somewhat tied into the aforementioned Armory chart books by way of short fiction).
