Good paladin options?

Are there any good sources out there for paladin options? I'm specifically looking for ones that give good options for switching out class abilities in favor of other abilities. My case sees me wanting to get rid of the special mount ability in favor of something else.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

PHB II has one that trades the mount for extra damage when you charge and smite.

Well... BOED has a class thats a mix of Barbarian and Paladin.... all good stuff from each of them... Try take a look at it

Green Ronin's Book of the Righteous has rules for all kinds of Holy Warriors- however it hasn't been updated for 3.5 rules (rumor has it that it will be).

Its less about subbing out abilities and more about designing alternative Holy Warriors, though it may give you and your GM some ideas.
