Good resources for d20 poisons and diseases?

Anyone know any good resources/published materials that contain d20 poisons and diseases? I'd like some variations on my traps...

For poison I use Pale Design and Poison Craft. Nothing else comes close to those two for poisons.

Similar question -- personally I really wish I had a book that treated/simulated real-world poisons and diseases. Doesn't look like Poison Craft does that, can't tell about Pale Design. Any suggestions?

Toxicant from Mad Kaiser. It has arachnids, chemicals, fungi, marine life, plants and snakes. The rules are much different from core and generally involve specific organ damage. There are some poisons that are very deadly (VX series gas, some jellyfish) and some that are almost harmless (iching in sunlight, minor hp damage) but most are in between.
