Good sources for underwater monsters?

Alright, so my underwater-Eberron-pirate-warforged game is about to get underway.

There's only one small problem: I need some (good) underwater monsters!

I own Freeport: City of Adventure and FF's Seafarer's Handbook, neither of which is terribly good in the monsters department, along with Tome of Horrors, MM, MM3, FF, and Frostburn. Are there any good underwater monster books(or conversely, good monster books with a number of underwater monsters)? Are there any good underwater monsters in the above books, particularly Tome of Horrors, that I might have glossed over?

Tome of Horrors has several...been a while since I did that book, and I dont recall all of them, but the Mummy of the Deep is in there. So is the Brine Zombie. And the Eye of the Deep (underwater beholders).

I'll give ya a more extensive list this evening when I get home if you are still in need.

Also- what CR range are ya looking for? I might have some stuff lying around that I cut from Tome 1, Tome 2, and Tome 3, or maybe some stuff for Tome 4 (if we do one) that might work for ya.

Into the Blue by Bastion has some good ones as well as good underwater options

Monsters of the Boundless Blue by Goodman Games is mopre monster oriented and has a very good set up.

Doesn't expeditious retreat press have a pdf sourcebook of OGC monsters converted to 3.5 specifically for marsh and aquatic terrain?

Thanks, that'd be great! I'm primarily looking for the CR3-5 range, preferably critters without poison, as my players are warforged and immune to that. Otherwise, Giant Moray Eels from ToH1 would have been perfect.

I second Into the Blue from Bastion Press. There are some very interesting monsters in there, particularly if you're looking for undead underwater critters. This would probably fit the pirate theme particularly well.
