Well if the company no longer exists... what are the legalities of such issues?

(Sorry, but I am a sucker for random tables--I can't get enough of them)
Well, the publisher just gave me their permission to post the file here on EnWorld. Now I just need to find out where would be the most appropriate place to post it (so it can be posted today).

Does anyone know of any good treasure lists (either random or not) that include detailed personal treasures, hordes, coins, gem lists, jewelry lists and valuable goods, etc. ???

:o)

I have several bookmarked sites that roll up random treasure, hope they are useful.

I've just uploaded it to rapidshare so anyone can get it from there :D .

Still, there are some things I have to mention before giving out the URL (and are quite important):
1) Jim Anuszczyk, of Dreaming Merchant Press has given his authotization to upload "Tombs!" and distribute it free of charge.
2) The product (Tombs!) has NOT been released into the public domain.
3) NO part of it can be used or resold for ANY commercial purpose.
4) He would like to see the responses to his product and decision, so feedback will be GREATLY appreciated.

So, if you want a product dealing with designing tombs, huge random (non-magical) treasure tables, and golems/undead customizing options, you can grab it here.

Just d/l it and my first impressions are very positive. I am sorry to hear the company is out of business as it looks to be an outstanding product.

Thanks for sharing that!
Just went through it briefly, but it looks like a great resource. :)

I didn't have the chance to try it, but the tables in the Magic Item Compendium look good:

Gems and art object seem to work better, for example (in the old system, a low-level treasure could contain several really expensive gems/objects, this isn't the case in the new system).

The "treasure level" system looks good, too.
