Joseph, I noticed the sale through RPGNow. I grabbed another module to check out. I don't often use published modules because they are not always easy to squeeze into my campaign world. But I have acouple of yours I am trying to integrate. :)

Really I think the trick for me is to have the adventure well in advance of when I will use it so I can start integrating aspects of it into the storyarcs well ahead of time. Then when the players finally make it to the site, they don't feel like it just appeared. But that's just a style thing for me.

Anyway, thanks for the sale. It was tough to choose between so many great products and not blow my budget.

Hey, no problem. I'm glad you enjoy the modules.

Given your style of play, you might want to check out DCC #14: Dungeon Interludes when it's out late next week. It consists of six thematically linked but nonconsecutive adventures. The first is for levels 1-3, the second for levels 4-6, the next for levels 7-9, and so on. But finishing the first adventure doesn't give you enough XP for the second. They're designed to be run in the midst of an ongoing campaign, with other events punctuating them. The great part is the first one seems like a normal dungeon crawl... but then the second adventure expands on a few elements of the first and raises some questions... then in the third something more sinister is revealed... and it continues through 6 adventures, each one slowly building a plot thread that started way back at 1st level before anyone knew what was going on. It's a great way to integrate a DCC into an ongoing campaign.

Sounds like a great product and meshes with my DM style very well. I like to have stories that unfold over the course of the campaign and when the players look back on it, it all makes sense. I will definitely check it out.
