Goodman's GC1: Epic Suggestions? (my players please avoid)

(Mods, if this isn't the right place for this, pleae move it apporpriately...thanks!)

So I'm planning on running my players through part or all Crypt of the Devil-Lich. However, they are Epic-Level characters, and the module is clearly for 15th level characters, so it needs a little more 'umph'. Has anyone run this module, or have any suggestions about beefing it up a little?

Important notes: I'm pulling a switch on my group. The players *THINK* that they're going to the Tomb of Horrors to fight Acererak. This is true, for as far as it goes: I plan on using a ELH Demi-Lich for the Unholy One. However, I'm going either DC13 or a combination of DC13 and 'Return to the Tomb of Horrors' to challenge the players.

Has anyone here run the module?

Well, in the pursuit of my own answer (and feel free to chime in with ideas, folks), I'll start with some preliminaries from my first pass through.

1: Replace Acererak with a 3.5 ELH Demi-Lich.

2. Raise most trap, search and lock DCs by 10.

3. I've already established in-game that the Tomb of Horrors has an entrance that moves constantly throughout the Vast Swamp. Therefore, I'm making the entire area a demi-plane that is coterminous with the Prime (and only at the entrance), and subject to specific restrictions. It will be Finite-Size, have Static Morphology that is subject to Normal Gravity but Erratic Time. The plane will be Negative-Dominant and Strongly Evil-Aligned. I'm considering adding the Impeded Magic restriction for any living creatures, as well...but I'm still deciding on that one.

4. Advance most creatures CR by 5, at least.

More stuff as I think of it.
