Level Up (A5E) Google sheet for proofreading the index

Hey folks,

Indexes are tough to proofread! I made a google sheet to track errors I find, but I can't check everything. If you are interesting in making sure the index is good, check this out and submit bug reports. It's currently set to allow public commenting. File any bugs you find yourself, and comment if you want me to check on it.

Note: Nested index entries put the top-level entry ahead, separated with a tilde (~), to enable sorting. Consider any such thing equivalent to an indent.

Tip: Sort by the "Kind" column (corresponding to those itty-bitty superscripts that my middle-aged eyes can't even read—which, yes I've filed a bug report about!) if you have a particular interest in those categories.

Things to check:

• Misspellings, bad capitalization
• Missing entry
• Absence of ref to a page that deals with entry
• Duplicate entries
• Sub-entries that aren't indented

Be sure to check the actual index in the PDF before filing; I may have introduced errors of my own in extracting it.

I've checked the "Error reported" column for anything I've already reported and will be just scanning for errors to report this afternoon.

I have also reported on the index as a whole not being sorted in correct alphabetical order, but you might want to report that, too.
