Mordiggian, the Charnel God, is one of Clark Ashton Smith's many fine contributions to the Cthulhu mythos, and is described in the the d20 Call of Cthulhu book. But I swear I saw a treatment of Mordiggian in a recent D&D book, or maybe an issue of Dungeon or Dragon. Or am I crazy?

No, you're not crazy. In Dungeon 129, Mordiggan is described as the patron of the true ghouls.

Demiurge out.
