Without any unforseen difficulties, I believe M&M is still on target for an October release.

What exactly does OGL allow you to do that D20 does not. The line seems very fuzzy to me, but obviously I do not make my living doing this.

Most importantly in our case, it allows us to address both character creation and advancement, both of which are forbidden to those who want to use the D20 logo. It also means that we do not need to print "Requires the use of the D&D Players Handbook" on our cover or refer people to any of the Wizards of the Coast core books. If you use the D20 logo, you *must* refer people back to the WotC core books, that's the deal (and quite a fair deal at that!).
