Inaestimabile bonum est suum fieri…
We have just launched our new project on Kickstarter and would love to share it with you.
This is the Second version of our Dungeon Master screen (previous Kickstarter).
We received great feedback on the first one, so we decided to follow up and implement our backers' suggestions and requests. We have developed a new second version, which includes support for embedded screens (up to two) for DMs and players, LED strips, a more portable size, switchable panels, and the ability to use it like a briefcase (haha), plus many many many other improvements.
Please check it out on Kickstarter and support us if you like our work! This is the link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gracewindale/gracewindale-dungeon-master-screen-ii
and description plus freebies are below:
Every Dungeon Master deserves a command center (and a red button for when it's time for

). Not just a screen to hide behind, but a full-on lair where a DM's imagination lives. That's exactly what we built: a portable vault for your secrets, schemes, and shiny math rocks.
With this beauty you can...
What's included in the Core Pack? The most important things a DM screen needs: a case that can hold a book or a monitor, cheat sheets, drawers for dice and gear, and shelves for miniature ambushes.
What's included in the Attachments Pack? Optional add-ons that attach to the screen case: mobile device holders, a compact dice tower, an initiative tracker, and a brush stand (when you don't have a game session, what else is there to do? Paint minis, of course!).
Make your screen unique — or change the theme every session — with easily swappable decorative panels.
Sketches are just that — sketches. Final product may be a bit different.

Stop scrolling! Quickly like this post to help more people discover our project, and you will get an exclusive model that won't be available after the campaign ends — the Wearable Cypher Bracelet! Read how to get it below.
If our post reaches 1,000 likes (whether you back the campaign or not), in addition to the unlocked rings for the Cypher Bracelet and the Cypher Dice Case, we'll make the most-requested feature from backers! Tell us what you'd like to see by filling out the backer questionnaire.
Cypher Bracelet is for personal use only. If you'd like commercial-use rights for this model, you'll need to become a backer (any tier, even the $1 supporter tier). You'll then receive the Commercial Use license for the Cypher Bracelet and the Cypher Dice Case after the campaign ends.
We'd really appreciate your help spreading the word about our campaign. Let's go — like and share!

Supported games include DnD 5e (2024 update), 13th Age 2nd Ed, and Night's Black Agents. Call of Cthulhu and Trail of Cthulhu are coming in early Spring. Normally, $30 USD with one game, you can get it at half price through this Kickstarter.
Check out Lumen - The Illuminated GM Screen for more information.
The Accessories Bundle add-on includes: Player's Case, Dice Case & Spell Slot Tracker, Spell Card Case, Miniature Chest, Condition Markers, Adjustable-Height Bases, Dice Cup/Beer Can Holder, Vials for Dice (or something else
), a Lantern for an LED candle, Gems & Runes, and a Quill.
A Lifetime Commercial License for this addon is included when you pledge at a Commercial tier.

The Adventurer's Journal is a DnD 5e character sheet designed as a 40-page PDF pack in A4/A5 and US Letter/Half US Letter formats that you can bind into a journal for a more immersive experience. It also includes cheat sheets you can print separately and use with your DM Screen.

Different configurations require 1–2 spools of filament. Each panel is 23 cm (H) × 17 cm (W). Mini printers aren't supported at this time.
Recommended settings for FDM printing:
A few files will require supports; however, they're all super easy to print. Consider enabling a brim for small parts, or if you prefer to print parts like shelves vertically. If you're new to 3D printing, feel free to reach out and ask questions!
If you don't have a 3D printer but really want these screens, you can order them from one of Gracewindale's merchants after the campaign ends. See the FAQ section for available merchants in your region.
The final product may differ slightly from what's shown in the photos, as we've made some improvements to the design.

Assembly doesn't require anything beyond a couple of screwdrivers. We recommend using a flathead screwdriver instead of a Phillips.
A set of 5×2 mm magnets is optional — they're only there to help keep your drawers in place.
Panels are connected with OpenLOCK clips, printed bolts and nuts, and filament. Simply cut (at an angle) a piece of filament long enough to join the panels together. Yes, we test-dropped the screen onto a concrete floor from 1.5 m, and all fasteners survived! The PLA, on the other hand, was a bit too brittle and one panel cracked. So we recommend printing all core parts in PETG or carbon-fibre (CF) filament.
If you're sure you won't drop your screen (or you don't mind reprinting broken parts if you do), feel free to print them in PLA.

By purchasing a Merchant License (Merchant-tier pledge), you'll have the right to sell physical 3D prints made from the files included in this campaign (Core STL pack + all unlocked stretch goals + purchased add-ons) indefinitely.
️ Please note: you're not allowed to share, sell, or distribute the digital 3D files in any form.
You also have permission to use Gracewindale's photos and renders. All commercial backers will receive a lifetime license at the end of the campaign, along with a link to a folder of high-resolution renders and photos to use on your websites and listings.
All files (excluding unlocked Stretch Goal models) will be delivered approximately one month after the campaign ends.
Stretch Goal models will be finalised and distributed by August 2026.
Files will be delivered via MyMiniFactory file distribution, Kicktarter pledge manager and email. Please make sure you fill out the questionnaire and provide the email address associated with your MyMiniFactory account so we can deliver the files to your library.
If you'd like to receive your files another way, please contact us.
If you have any questions, feel free to comment or send a direct message. Please check the FAQ section — the answer to your question might already be there!
