D&D 5E Grand Tour of the Realms - brainstorm a 5e adventure path

Where do you want to go?

1. Start from the frontier north, but a fairly tame area with goblins and orcs rather than trolls and giants.

2. Next some metropolitan feeling in the City of Splendors (Waterdeep). Introduce an iconic enemy that will reapper in later.

3. Travel through the Western Heartlands, visiting the iconic Baldur's Gate and approaching the Heartlands proper. The Zentharim are a good enemy here.

4. Some knightly action in Cormyr. Maybe still against the Zentharim.

5. A short sea trip to the Dragon Coast before the climactic conflict against the main enemy of the AP, who has manipulated the Zhents (some hints earlier).

6. Retire south to the Border Kingdoms, where you can carve out your own Kingdom.
