Grapple, Flanking and AOO Question

Jackal

First Post
1. Human1 (H1) , Human2(H2) and Human3(H3) are in close combat with Vampire1(V1). H1 and H2 are flanking V1. V1 Starts to grapple H1 and draws a AOO from him. V1 succeds at grapple of H1 and proceeds to -Hold- stage.

Now during the -Move In- phase of grappling does H2 and H3 get an AOO on V1?

H3 is right next to H1 and H2 is on the opposite of H1 since he was flanking V1. So since the space V1 move to was only 5 feet away that would mean he doesn't provoke a AOO Right?

2. Also in the same setup as above H2 dies and H3 wants to move to where H2 was so he would flank V1 with H1. If he does he would Provoke a AOO Right?

Also under the effect of a waterwalking spell it allows you to walk on bubbleing tar,Right? So will your movement speed be affect while going across it?

Will a Circlet of persuasion give a Cleric or Paladin a +1 on his turning undead checks?

Keep in mind that if all these moves are 5' (or less) they don't draw attacks of opportunities at all.

A 5 ft. move is not the same as a 5 ft. adjustment/step. An adjustment does not draw an AoO, but any move does. This is a question of terminology, not simply how many squares you moved. You cannot take a 5 ft. step into the area occupied by another creature, so it is a move, and it draws AoOs.
