Grapple, Spell-like Abilities, & Concealment?

When grappling, does a creature need to make a Concentration check to use a spell-like ability? Can it use the ability at all?

The only reference in the PH or DMG I could find indicated a Concentration check was needed for spells, but there was no mention of spell-like abilities.

Also, does concealment (i.e. Blur) affect targetted spells? Such as Dispel Magic targeted on a person.

From SRD

"Spell-Like: Spell-like abilities are magical and work just like spells (though they are not spells and so have no verbal, somatic, material, focus, or XP components)."

I believe that the general rules for spells such as the Cast a Spell grapple option also apply to spell-like abilities.

I think that the miss chance from concealment only applies to attack rolls. So unless the spell requires an attack roll concealment would not give one a chance to ignore the spell's effects (i.e. Dispel Magic would not suffer a miss chance).
