Grappling feats?

The Souljourner

First Post
I'm thinking about making a character who is a grappling expert, since my DM seems to like to throw lots of grappling monsters against us. My question is this - what feats and/or prestige classes are available (official WoTC books and Dragon Magazine preferred sources) to make a better grappler? There's close quarters combat in Sword and Fist, which is nice if you *don't* want to get in a grapple.. but what about if you do, but you want to win?

Armor spikes are good for traditional fighter who don't want to get grappled. Otherwise boost your unarmed damage up as far as it can go. There's a whole series of feats in OA related to grappling if you have or are interested in that book.

Clever Wrestling in MotW gives you a bonus against Large+ sized opponents (basically halving the size bonus that those creatures receive). You need Improved Unarmed Strike (or monk levels) in order to deal normal damage. OA has a bunch of unarmed and grappling feats that would help you out.

Dragon 303 (the gladiator issue) has a wrestling prestige class, the Reaping Mauler. "Reaping maulers are the back-breakers, the limb-twisters, and the neck-snappers among pit fighters."
