Well, not exactly like that, the picture doesn't really illustrate dodge, but the general intent is exactly how it should be done!

Now imagine punching a hole in the upper left corner of each card and then stringing them together on a chain. The result: a very convenient and compact "rules compendium".

Get enough of them and you'd have a nice, neat, nifty, 300-card compedium all strung together on a huge chain.

Except if 100 of those are in the PHB2 or the Complete Assbeater books, in which case you'd be digging through two or three different supplements to find the abilities for a single character.
