Scarlett Johannson is set to play Jenna Jameson in a film based on her life. The awful news, Scarlett is signing a no-nudity clause.

So, who's going to be her body doubles? You'll need one pre-surgical and another for post-surgical.

This is seemingly ludicrous. There's merely ten years age difference between them. Jameson is still alive and aside from holding "the most downloaded nude/nearly-nude person" title for a time, is notable for nothing. Johannson is not known for taking fluff/paycheck roles

I just noticed... this thread has been pretty active for a topic without a link to a single credible source that this is even likely. Or a link, period.

A quick Google only finds that Jenna wants to do a movie about herself, and she'd like Scarlett to play her. Nothing even hints that Scarlett is even aware Jenna said this, let alone considering the part.

On a side note, besides being .... actively naked... Jenna is also known for her taking control of her career from a business perspective, making her one of the most powerful women in porn off-screen. Her ability to get the wheels turning to make a movie about herself is one example of her business savvy.
