(Greater) Dispelling Screen

I remember I read somewhere a spell named Dispelling Screen, 5th level, which basically created a wall that acted like Dispel Magic, and its counterpart, Greater Dispelling Screen, 8th level, which acted like a Greater Dispel Magic.
The point is, I can't remember where I read therm.. ..can someone help me?

I think it's called "Otilukes (Greater) Dispelling Screen" and can be found in Tome&Blood.
