Greater Kirra?

In the Kirra wonderous item description in Magic of Faerun, the text mentions items called Greater Kirras but I have been unable to track down exactly what these are.

Is it somewhere else in the book and I can't find it? Was it intentinally left vague to allow DM's to make their own creations? I ask because I'm making a character beyond 1st level and he has x amount of wealth. If there's such a thing as greater kirras, I think it would be kewl for him to have one (since he's a noble elven mage).

My impression was that it was left open to allow DMs or other designers to possibly build on them, or possibly it'll be in some future book. But I'm pretty sure they're not described in Magic of Faerun.

Still, a substitute for spellbooks is pretty cool. I think I read that Quintessential Wizard has other possible spellbook replacements for wizards.
