I am beginning to get pretty twitchy about the missing order - this is more than fifty dollars worth of stuff that has not shown up, or even been acknowleged via e-mail. It is quickly heading towards a two month lag between the money being taken out of my account and any feedback whatsoever, beyond a 'send me a PM' (I sent an e-mail through the link on ENWorld instead, I am not a community supporter at the given time.)

We sent out a huge batch of orders last week, basically everything on order except a few that require books we're out of here in Seattle. Once we get restocked on those from our warehouse, we'll finish the last of the shipping for the fundraiser.

I got the e-mail. Hopefully everything will be sorted out soon. Getting a reply helped, all by its lonesome.

I really hope that this sale helped square matters with the freelancers - while getting stuff cheap is nice I would have ordered a good deal less had I not known that it was going to a good cause.

My apologies, Grump. Your issue is on my radar and we're sorting it for you. Unfortunately, I had enough time to get cooking on sorting it, but had to leave town (supervising my daughter's class at outdoor school on the Olympic Peninsula) before I had a chance to let you know we were sorting it. There was a rumor that the camp had wifi, but they LIED. Happily, I'm back to civilization now and back to my usual constantly-wired state. I'm glad Pramas was able to stand in for me while I was out, anyway.

Thank you for replying. As I said, it was beginning to make me twitchy.

Partially because I seem to be having a run of bad luck with mail order these days. Up to, and including, having a miniature ordered at a sale (along with a bunch of others that arrived just fine) replaced with that of a topless female halfling archer... Right category, female, halfling, and archer, but rather less clothing than expected. Just plain odd, the numbers were not at all similar.

Ah well, as I said, getting any reply helps, even if it is 'we are working on it, more later.'

The package arrived today (I was actually thinking that it was my second order, but no, it was my long awaited first order), thank you very much for handling the problem.

I promptly opened the Freeport Trilogy, to take a gander at my new book, and was promptly greeted by the Yellow Sign. Hmmm... the King in Yellow... the God of Knowledge... hmmmm....
It looks like very good stuff. My only problem is that it has a few parralels to a game I had been setting up for Skull & Bones, complete with Cthulhu Mythos references and the Yellow Sign.... Ah well, I will have to live with a scenario that is too much to my own tastes, I guess. (Actually, it might be best to just see how much of this I can port to the S&B campaign, either that or run a Freeport campaign some time in the future rather than trying to port it at all.)

I am now looking forward to the Freeport setting books that you folks have in the works.

I've got one last batch of Advanced Bundles to send out from the fundraiser. That was a popular bundle (I mean, c'mon, it was a steal!) and I had a heck of a time keeping the bundles in stock. Just received the last restock today.
