Vampire enemies are a staple of fantasy adventure, but the standard race is too powerful for Player Character use in most d20 campaigns. Fang & Fury presents a new race, the vampire scion, which is balanced for play with conventional PC races. These mysterious creatures have their own history, traditions, and paths to power; and though individuals can come to rival the power of elder vampires, they are always vulnerable to the touch of the sun, or the attack of a holy warrior.

Fang & Fury is filled with new feats, prestige classes, monsters, templates, clerical domains, spells, pantheons, magic items, and artifacts, all designed to flesh out their abilities, ecology and culture. This definitive vampire sourcebook is the perfect accessory to add these bloodthirsty creatures to any d20 campaign.

Hey, Nikchick,

Looks very cool. I've always wanted to play a vampire ;)
Two quick questions: I noticed the OGL Interlink logo. What's the corresponding volume from Paradigm or can you say?
Also, who did that cover art? It *rocks*!

Thanks!
Ian

Looks like Todd Lockwood.

Yeah, I think this is the book hooked up with Paradigm's Lycanthrope book.

So it'll be ... sort of like Savage Species, except with a different Vampire Breed?

The vampire scion takes a different approach than Savage Species (whichs lets you take "levels" of monster). However, even if you are using Savage Species, you'll still find 95% of this book useful. Lots of new feats, prestige classes, spells and so on designed with the vampire in mind. Sample vampiric pantheon too.

It is indeed the tremendously talented Todd Lockwood. And yes, this is meant to Interlink with the Lycanthrope book.

Thanks for the info, guys! Great customer service, as always. I'll be sure to snag a copy when it becomes available. Bluh!

Cheers!

Sweet! One of the things I've always disliked about D&D was their default vampire.

You really should have given it a more pretentious title, though, like a White Wolf book.
