Greyhawk: City map of Highfolk

I'm going to be starting a campaign that revolves around the Vesve Forest and the towns there-in. I'm wondering if anyone out there knows of someplace where I might procure a map of the City of Highfolk (official or un-official). Whether its a free site or I have to purchase doesn't matter. My players are the type to wonder how many buildings, what do they look like, where are the inns and taverns, etc.

I can make smaller towns/hamlets, but one of that size will be too time consuming for my already busy life..............

Thanks

There are definitely bigger Greyhawk experts than I around these parts, but I think this came up recently and the verdict was that such a map has not been published. I'd just grab something similar from another source if I were you. For example, this map of Wheloon from the Forgotten Realms would probably work well enough. It's a slightly smaller city, but only by about 1300 people, I think it would get the job done.

Failing that, ask on Cannonfire, you'll probably get a more authoritative answer there.

Well, the Highfolk map used by the Living Greyhawk triad was drawn by me many many moons ago. I will have to dig around and see if I still have the original, rescan it, and post it.

Mark, I like that map, but I never saw Highfolk as being on the Velverdyva.

The Marklands accessory map placed Highfolk Town well off the river as well. I agree though that the map linked to by Mark is very nice as generic river towns would go. I think it's far too large for Highfolk Town, but that's me. :)

I cannot vouch for anything regarding that map other than it was found during a google search. :)

How does the rest of the information on that site look?

The Highfolk.info site has a lot of really good info. Too bad their map isn't available. I agree that Highfolk appears to be off the Velverdyva. I was assuming that there was at least one tributary linking the town to the main river. Kind of like the Wheloon map.

Thank for all the info!

The Marklands is definitely a PDF you'll want to buy--for a couple bucks you'll get a great deal of flavor for the whole region.

I used Highfolk many, many years ago and pretty much made the whole town up, nabbing a map from another source as others have suggested. Much intrigue happened there, despite its supposed veneer of respectability. ...Oh man, I just remembered, that was when the Vecna cultists were--oh, sorry, I'll stop reminiscing. :)
