Greyhawk: City map of Highfolk

I cannot vouch for anything regarding that map other than it was found during a google search.

How does the rest of the information on that site look?

It looks like an excellently produced, highly customized home campaign. The regional map also has problems with canon, but that's not a big deal with home campaigns. It seems to focus mostly with Highfolk along the bend in the Velverdyva. I wouldn't place Perrenland's border where this site does. I don't want to say much critical because it seems clear this is someone's customized home campaign filled with their own creations.
