Thanks, @Yenrak : the OJ is something I've been involved with a little here and there, but not deeply over its long history. So much Greyhawk, so little time

Indeed it is: issue #30 is the third issue released this year, since the relaunch of OJ at GaryCon in March. All of them are available at Oerth Journal – Greyhawk Online along with a new database-driven articles index too.

Could have been from a number of places: Greytalk (email), Canonfire!, the WotC Greyhawk forums, Dragonsfoot or Knights & Knaves (still there), here (since before 3e launched, so more than 20 years now!
), and likely other places I've since forgotten =)
