Nightwatch?

or was it one from Rose Estes.... :p

Probably good ol' Rose. The scene doesn't ring any bells for me, and I read Nightwatch a few times. I'm pretty sure they don't even get out of the city until halfway through the book.

Cheers
Nell.

Cool, thanks for the info!

Re: Region, right now the characters are in Bissel (I just ran "Vanity" from Dungeon, which is set there); I'll give the players their choice as to where to go next, although my instinct is that they'll be heading in the general direction of the North Crusade...

Did you say BISSEL?

Being one of the Living-Greyhawk Triad-folks in charge of Bissel, I have to self-promote. :)

Under the resources section of our site we have the Gazeteer for "our" version of Bissel...might give you some ideas should you decide to stick around Bissel.

-Rugger (Matt Pennington)
"I Bissel!"

The Adventure Begins by Rodger Moore brings the City of Greyhawk up to CY 591, the starting time of the current setting. It also good or bad tries to wrap up what happened during the Greyhawk Wars.

I second the call on Ivid the Undying there's lots of Greyhawk goodness in it. and Its free. Do a search on Google for a formatted .pdf version.

I`m reading the Living Greyhawk Gazetter about the gods of Greyhawk (chapter 7, page 164) and there´s not a word of Moradin? Why is that?
I´m planning to run Speaker in Dreams later this year, and I´m going to use Greyhawk as the setting. I´ve two dwarwes that hails from Iron Hills, and I was interested how widespread the faith of Moradin is that area ( Zelradton, Hexpools and Kalstrand),and how big the dwarwen population is in those citys?
( Now I notice that the symbol of Moradin isn´t on the Living Greyhawk map -wich is quite nice btw-hmmm..?)

BISSEL? You my friend live in GEOFF!!! Leave BISSEL to those Yankees up north.

For what it's worth, the other GM in my group is running us through a 3.5 update of "Against the Giants" -- which one important reason I'm avoiding Geoff! ;) But I figure that Bissel is close enough that if there was a particular reason for the games to crossover, they could.

That must be a brutal campaign :) I think some of the locations are actually closer to Keoland according to the module location table in From the Ashes.

The Geoff Living Greyhawk campaign gets high levels of approval from its players. They're still fighting to keep Geoff Giant free!
