Typically, the ears of common soldiers are eaten, but when an especially difficult or vicious foe is defeated, such as the leader of an opposing army, a powerful wizard, a knight of renown, etc., they cut that person's heart out, and the highest ranking Orc among the victorious gets the privilege of eating it. But you have NEVER heard of even the Red Orcs eating sentient beings for actual, day-to-day, dietary reasons.[/gm]</blockquote>
